exchanges & returns

All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any items that arrive damaged or faulty will be replaced when you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will refund your order in full minus any shipping costs incurred.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and Table Threads reserves the right to not provide an exchange where it is not practicable to do so. 

Exchanges are not available for custom orders or sale items. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the goods are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items sent back to Table Threads must be in their original packaging as well as unused and free of stains or other discolouration.

Unless the goods arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Goods purchased as a gift

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders

  • Items on sale

For all non-returnable items, please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for free returns. Please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@tablethreads.com.au with a full description of the issue (including images if possible). If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
