exchanges & returns
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any items that arrive damaged or faulty will be replaced when you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and Table Threads reserves the right to not provide an exchange where it is not practicable to do so. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are not available for custom orders.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the goods are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items sent back to Table Threads must be in their original packaging as well as unused and free of stains or other discolouration.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for free returns. Please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com with a full description of the issue (including images if possible). If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
