when will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM AEDT will be processed the following week.

how much are shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order - we try to combine shipping on all items. Shipping fees within Australia start from $5, New Zealand start from $19, and international locations start from $25.

All orders $65 and above include free standard shipping within Australia. Make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order.

how will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped through Australia Post or Sendle.

do you ship to po box addresses?

Yes, Australia Post delivers to PO Box addresses.

i haven't received my order?

Customers will receive an email directly from Australia Post with a shipping tracking number. This tracking number will only display information once the order has been collected and scanned.
