Shipment Update
Please expect significant delays on all shipments due to the reduction in air freight capacity, particularly rural communities in Australia. All International destinations will be affected due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. That means your parcel is likely to arrive later than the original estimated shipping times. We thank you for your understanding and patience during these times.
Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout.
We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days, however please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you have a question about when your order will be dispatched, please contact hello@tablethreads.com.au
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent tracking advice to check on the status of your order, via email or SMS. Any damaged or lost orders will be subject to an investigation with Australia Post. This investigation can take up to 10 days. After that time we will be able to take further action into the location of your order.
Table Threads will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders lost in transit.
All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
Table Threads reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order. You will be contacted directly in the event of this occurring.

Free shipping is automatically applied to full priced orders over $150. This is standard shipping using Australia Post.
